Every year, Larger Than Life brings 35–40 Israeli children and teens battling cancer on a life-changing Dream Trip to Orlando.

For many of these children, life has been filled with hospital visits, treatments, uncertainty, and long periods away from friends and school. The Dream Trip gives them something every child deserves — the chance to laugh, explore, connect, and create joyful memories.

But this journey is about much more than theme parks.

It is a place where children meet others who truly understand their experiences. They form friendships that often last for years, build confidence, gain independence, and discover that they are not alone.

The participants, ages 11–18, come from diverse backgrounds across Israel. They travel without their parents and are supported every step of the way by a dedicated team of medical professionals, counselors, and volunteers. Many of the counselors are themselves cancer survivors who once participated in the Dream Trip and have returned to inspire the next generation.

For ten extraordinary days, the focus shifts from illness to possibility. From treatments to laughter. From fear to hope.

The memories, friendships, and strength they gain stay with them long after the trip ends.
