What began in Israel has grown into a powerful community of care, compassion, and hope. Today, we support families through life-changing programs in Israel and provide hands-on assistance, resources, and community support for families receiving treatment in the United States.

At Larger Than Life USA, we stand beside Israeli families who travel to North America seeking life-saving medical treatment. Far from home and facing overwhelming challenges, these families often arrive exhausted, uncertain, and alone.
We help them feel connected and at home
Through our dedicated volunteers and caring community, we provide emotional support, transportation, meals, hospital visits, holiday celebrations, financial assistance, and a warm Hebrew-speaking network that walks with families every step of the way.
Together with Larger Than Life Israel, we also fund and support life-changing programs for children with cancer and their families including therapeutic kindergartens, Dream Trips, emotional support programs, research initiatives, and family assistance.
